Introductory Biostatistics
This weekly seminar of six weeks is led by Dr. Robert Goldman, Professor of Statistics, Graduate School for Health Sciences, Simmons College. Dr. Goldman’s interests and publications are in statistical education. He has written several statistical textbooks and was an organizer of a series of conferences on statistics education.

Intermediate Biostatistics
The unifying theme of these seminars is fitting models to data. The series, led by Dr. Robert Goldman, Professor of Statistics, Graduate School for Health Sciences, Simmons College, will focus on simple regression models, multiple regression modeling, and logistic regression.

Advanced Biostatistics
The four-session series on advanced biostatistics approaches will be taught by John Orav, PhD, Associate Professor of Medicine (Biostatistics), Harvard Medical School. Each of the four sessions will focus on a different theme with emphasis on concepts and realistic examples rather than statistical theory. The goal of the seminar is to demonstrate advanced statistical approaches to questions explored by medical researchers.
Topics in Biostatistics
Topics in Biostatistics is a lecture series for investigators and research staff. Topics include Designing databases, Categorical analysis, Survival analysis and more. This series is led by Dr. Bernard Rosner, Professor of Biostatistics, Harvard School of Public Health.
